About Chosen Children Village
A HOME FOR ABANDONED CHILDREN
Transforming Lives Since 1988
Founded by Maria Angeles “Lita” Peypoch Fullerton in 1988, Chosen Children Village offers a unique concept of caring for disabled children. Her dream was to provide a home environment with a family setting for abandoned children with physical and mental disabilities.
Our Story
How Chosen Children Village Started
The Chosen Children Village concept came about after the Las Piñas facility of Chosen Children Inc. was unable to cope with the volume of children needing a home and a family. Located in the cool, clean air of Silang, the 4-hectare parcel of land now houses 11 cottages, a chapel, a school, an administration clinic, and physical therapy centers. The central focus is a spacious, multi-purpose play area where the children fill the air with laughter and squeals of delight.
Our Vision
A Christ-centered village of children is envisioned to ultimately become independent and self-reliant despite their disabilities and be able to attain a more meaningful, productive, and satisfying way of LIFE.
OUR GOAL is to be
A Permanent Home for All
Chosen Children Village Foundation, Inc. aspires to provide a permanent home for abandoned, neglected, and surrendered children who are mentally and physically challenged.
It also aims to provide a training ground for the growing children under its care to maximize their potential and help them become productive and self-reliant members of society despite their disabilities and limitations.
Our Mission at Chosen Children Village
Love, Care, & Opportunity for Every Child
Our mission at Chosen Children Village is to nurture, educate, train, and provide opportunities for physically, mentally, and socially challenged children to receive love, care, and protection in a happy, therapeutic, and non-rejecting environment through residential child care and to promote an accessible, home-like environment that will enable them to focus on disability prevention, rehabilitation, and equalization of rights in order to grow in a community that will enhance their self-esteem and capability.
Chosen Children Village Philosophy
Love with a Mother's Instinct
Mommy Lita Fullerton’s philosophy states that each child deserves to be cared for by people who will love them with a mother’s instinct. That is why we go through a rigid adoption and reunification process.
Our Facilities
Become a Part of the Village’s Advocacy
Aside from sponsoring a child, volunteering, and becoming a donor, here are some other ways that you can be part of the village’s advocacy.

The School for Chosen Children
Education is the key to every successful society, and this is the reason why the School for Chosen Children (TSCC) was established. It provides the children with basic and pre-vocational training.

Arantza Rehabilitation Center
Physical therapy is an integral part of the children’s journey towards independence and, ultimately, a better quality of life. This is the underlying mission of the Arantza Rehabilitation Center.

The Farm
Sustainability is a major concern for any non-profit organization. With the addition of The Farm, Chosen Children ensures that the village will have an adequate food supply for its residents.

Linking Filipino Adoptees with Their Homeland
Friends of Chosen Children Village
Friends of Chosen Children Village, Inc. (FCCVI) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization based in Peoria, Arizona. Founded in 2015, the mission of FCCV is to ignite in the Filipino adoptee children the desire to travel back to the land of their birth, experience the culture, and perhaps find answers to questions that exist only in their minds.

Their mission is two-fold:
(1) Become a “Friend Raiser." They will be a bridge for adoptees and adopted families to their roots in the Philippines. Through this relationship, we will provide assistance to the physically and mentally challenged children and adults who reside at Chosen Children Village in the Philippines.
(2) Be a “fund raiser." Through various means, they intend to raise funds to support the residents of Chosen Children's Village.
